DISAPPOINTING

I stayed 2 nights. I left in the morning of the second day, and returned at about 8:30 PM......to a room that hadn't been touched by a maid. I was tired, so I didn't report it then. When I checked out the next morning, the lady at the desk asked if everything was OK. I told her no, and I told her why. She immediately started with excuses...they only have 2 maids and one of them had a niece in the hospital.....I stopped listening. VERY unprofessional. This is a business! If you need more maids, HIRE MORE MAIDS! Simple! DONT stay here!

We were traveling to Carlisle and Gettysburg, and the hotel is perfect location between both places!

This hotel is very nice the people who work there are wonderful very nice I would highly recommend this place.

Room not cleaned

Pros: Coffee available 24/7. Microwave and fridge in room. Manager gave me her card, told me to call Expidia and I would be refunded.
Cons: Room service, cleanliness
Location: Chambersburg PA. Visiting Gettysburg
Came back to hotel at 9:30 tired and dirty from being out all day. Room had NOT been cleaned. No maid had been in room. No clean towels, trash full, no new soap or shampoo. Spoke to front desk and towels were given and toiletries were given. Next morning out of toilet paper. Saw two maids two doors down said they would bring me some waited twenty three minutes. Finally walked into empty room and took some toilet paper back to my room. Also cafeteria floor dirty. Manager said they had new hires. Place very unorganized.

Nice room, but deadbolt on door would not lock.

Pros: Room was clean; quiet for a good night's rest.
Cons: Fix door deadbolt lock and maybe add a few more choices at breakfast.
Location: Hiking segment of Appalachian Trail 8 miles from hotel.
Convenient, quiet, clean, good shower. Breakfast was Spartan to say the least.

Pros: Close to highway and reasonable price.
Cons: I could see dust in corners of room and along hallways where rug meets wall.
We arrived late and very tired. Bed and pillows very comfortable; quiet nicght.

We attended the Spring Carlisle Auto Meet. The Hotel was an incredible bargain for the money. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, an above-average Continental breakfast and friendly staff. What more could you ask?

Pros: room was nice , beds were very comfortable, had everything you need.
Cons: the swimming pool was cold, Problems with wi fi for laptop.
Free breakfast was o k. coffee was available 24 hrs, staff were very helpful.
