Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Love that they have luggage carts (like the airport) to easily bring your belongings to your room!! Will definitely stay again when in area.

I have a minor complaint there was no stopper in the bathroom wash basin, a very minor complaint, other than that our stay was great, would stay there again.

Check in was easy. Staff very nice and professional. Bed was very comfortable. Room decor felt 70’s tacky. Our room was facing highway and traffic noise was extremely loud. I would request a rear facing room.

First room smelled so badly we had to ask it to be changed. Smelled wet and moldy. Mold on towels in new room, and in our niece’s room, too, also TV did not work; seems like batteries needed to be replaced in the remote but we were tired and said forget it. Bathroom shelves under sink were filthy - very clear they never dust, just slide new towels on shelves. Cleaners in the morning asked twice before we checked out (several hours early) if we were leaving yet. Front desk staff OK but did not seem all that bothered when I told them in the AM about the TV not working. Would NEVER stay here again.

My Second Stay Here
Second time I've stayed here & was satisfied both times. Front desk personal always professional, friendly & helpful. Breakfast food & coffee are good. Rooms are clean. Beds & pillows are on the soft side. I prefer a more solid mattress & pillows otherwise they were fine. Everything in the room worked fine. Like having Dove products in the bathroom.
