Property is in a great location. Close to many of the top attractions and restaurants, either walking or a short drive. Good for walking dog. Staff was nice. Hotel is definitely dated. Room was just ok. Our tv was 32 inches I think. One of that bothered me a bit. No complaints. Breakfast was good enough. If you need fancy and new… this isn’t it.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location of this hotel. The staff is super friendly. The place is clean and quiet. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. We will stay there again soon!

The location was amazing! Right next to the battlefield and within waking distance of some great restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. Very nice stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Gettysburg. The quality inn was at a great location. Rooms up to date and clean. Assigned parking spot and everything we wanted to eat was within walking distance.

It’s a great hotel, nice and clean. And considering the location, very quiet. The room description states it has a balcony. I guess it depends what you are thinking about. The balcony is the walkway for all the upstairs rooms, it did have a table and 2 chairs though The staff was super friendly and helpful to us, going out of the way to assist us. We have already decided to return to the area in the future, and plan to stay there.

I loved the breakfast house- it felt very traditional to the town. The rooms were clean, staff was lovely and the rooms as or better than expected given their rating. The shower had great water pressure too. One thing I will say- there are no elevators so if you have issues with stairs request a ground floor room.

This hotel is right off the battlefield. There are shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. The hotel is clean and comfy. The price is so reasonable for the location. The lady at the front desk is very professional with a lovely manner about her. I am very happy with my stay, and I plan to return in January.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced noise from the bar during your stay. You were in on a Saturday night of an event weekend. It was the 160th anniversary of the Gettysburg Address. The town was filled with reenactors for a parade in the afternoon and they all gathered in the bar at night. Many guests enjoy hanging out with them and interacting to learn more about the Civil War.

The good things I can say about our stay: The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (although my husband said it was a little firm for his back) and the shower was pretty good! Staff was friendly. However, this hotel has been there a L O N G time and the rooms unfortunately reflect that. I am into antiques and old stuff, but Not when it comes to my hotel rooms! I can't remember how long it has been a Quality Inn, but I sure hope they intend to update their rooms. Our bathroom was except for the marble sink top, straight out of the late 60's/early 70's. The wallpaper was peeling in places, carpet looked very old, but like I said it did seem clean. furniture wasn't great. The location is great though! It is right at the start fo the 3rd day battlefield and within walking distance of some of the shops and eating places. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed.

I liked the close proximity to the battlefield. It took a while to figure out the room temperature controls. For a while the heater and AC were fighting each other. We solved it by turning off the heat.

Old and dingy smelling. Very dated everything. The location was amazing for a morning run in the battlefield. Breakfast good & nice service there and at front desk. Water smelled like sulfur.

Horrible Stay
Not a pleasant stay. Bathroom had mildew and mold on walls. I chose pay at property and was charged the day before I checked in. Pam at front desk was ignorant and rude. No manager was available because she didn’t show up to work on time. Will never stay there again.

I am sorry that you did not have a great stay with us. I have our housekeeping department looking into the issues in the bathroom. We do not charge prior to arrival, we authorize 24 hours prior to confirm that a valid card is on file. From my understanding, you were in the lobby yelling at our desk clerk about your card being authorized. You checked out at 8am and our manager was in at 8:04, I am sorry that they were running slightly late.
