“Is what it is.”

It's a roadside motel, nothing more. The free wi-fi is real, the free breakfast consists of some pastries in plastic wrap, a jug of OJ on ice and coffee. I'm not making this up. It's right at the edge of the battlefield, which was my main goal. I'm a buff and wanted to spend dusk to dawn in the park. If you want to enjoy your room and amenities, book elsewhere.

“Eh...”

First thing, their "continental breakfast" was coffee and pre-wrapped gas station danishes. Everything seemed really old and in need of maintenance. In addition, the manager had told the desk clerk (who informed me) that if we hadn't been there by 9 PM they were going to give away our room! Their notification did not included any latest check in time. Over all, not very happy with my experience.

“Time Warp”

Granted, my daughter and I were on the college tour that weekend, and we had just come from a wonderful 4 star hotel in DC which was fabulous, but this hotel looked like the "Bates Motel" according to my daughter on our arrival. Definitely "50's" kitsch, rather delapidated motel a few miles south of town to boot. Were it not for the urgency of the trip, would probably have abandoned ship. Virtually no creature comforts.

“Cheap as can be”

Likely the worst lodging experience I've had. No comforter on the beds, sheets are not fitted, are obviously stained and thin. Toiletries were cheap, tissue and toilet paper dissolve in your hands. Price was increased for holiday weekend, but no return on that dollar. Get a sleeping bag and sleep at the campsite down the road.
