Not far from battlefield tours

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Very pleasant and friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: The breakfast could use a little more choices
Location: On the outskirts of all the hustle of the tours for the battlefields and museums
The hotel staff will get your tours set up for you and have you picked up at the hotel. Not having to drive in traffic is great. The staff was very nice, rooms were very clean, and the pool was convent for relaxation.

Consistently were not provided enough towels. Had to go out and buy pillows. The pillows on the beds were flat. Hot tub was dirty. Tub was dirty.

Nice place to stay

Posted Jul 12, 2014
This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The price is reasonable and the room was clean and comfortable. There were 3 mirrors in our room and all 3 were dirty & smudgey. Otherwise it was good. Staff was friemdly and helpful. Also the best breakfast and love the waffle iron!

You get what you pay for

Posted Jul 1, 2014
The location was good for our family trip to Gettysburg. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and our check in was quick. While our room was smoke-free, the hotel hall smells badly of cigarette smoke (with smoking rooms at the end of the hall). Bathroom was small and too few towels. Breakfast was really poor and not well-stocked - ended up going next door to Perkins (which ended up being poor as well.) Pool was small but adequate. Would not stay here again.

Pros: Quality for the money
Cons: Nothing
Location: Lots of fun Gettsyburg attractions and close to the university.
The front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. The room was much nicer then expected. Breakfast and pool were a great surprise. Incredibly conveinent for tourist attractions.

Was close to the town of Gettysburg

Posted Jun 24, 2014
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Gettysburg. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and strong cleaner. The pool was okay we didn't really enjoy it. The lights in the bathroom were weird and a bit creepy. The tub mat was a little dirty. For some reason when I woke up in the morning I had a rash on my face, it got worse the next morning, but once we left it got better. (but that was just me) I really didn't care for the hotel. it's an okay hotel but wouldn't plan to stay there again

Close to the Gettysburg square

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: It's easy access.
Cons: Updated rooms. A little bit cleaner. They should make sure everything is in working condition.
Location: The location is great. Not far from all the attractions and close to lots of places to eat.
Ok -- we only stayed one night, so there is not much to comment on.

Really nice Hotel

Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: The staff and the pool. Beds were comfortable.
Location: Close to all attractions
The staff were great, rooms had plenty of space, very clean. The grounds were well kept and the kids had a blast in the pool. Would stay there again.
