“One of Gettysburg's Finest Hotel”

I am very pleased with the Wyndham Hotel. It was very comfortable and clean.

This is a brand new hotel! Very clean. Very comfortable. If you are in the area this by far is the best place to stay.

The hotel was wonderful and the kids had a great time at the pool.

“Only 1 small problem”

I only have one complaint, the pillows were horrendous, they were way to soft. I used 3 pillows but when laying down the pillows, all 3 would crush to about a half an inch, so for future I will bring my own pillows. Other then the pillow issue the hotel was amazing and will definitely use again.

“A good place to stay in Gettysburg”

Nice hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room did not have a mini fridge which would have been nice to keep drinks cold. The hotel was convenient to the highway, but was a little bit outside of town.

“great trip”

we travled by mortorcycle. went to our room to rest . as we were leaving to sight see we discovered a flat. the staff went out of their way to try to find someone to help us on a sunday night on a holiday weekend. unfortunately no one was available. but we discover the harley davidson shop was nearby and were able to get us back on the road. i would highly recomend the wyndham in gettysburg. it was also the first time we have stayed at a wyndham hotel and would do so again.

“Great two nights and close to everything”

We found this hotel to be very well maintained and modern. In house restaurant and lounge were comfortable and welcoming. Small gift shop offered many choices in souvenirs and snack items. Room safes were large and could hold a laptop..also, free internet access in room. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. All in all would stay again. Only problem was the elevators seemed a bit below average in performance.

“the best place to stay in Gettysburg, Pa”

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a nice, quiet place to relax. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra day. I htave only two small negative things to mention. The wall paper in the halls and the ceiling in our shower showed some wear. Also, there was only a shower stall and no tub. This made for limited space for shampoos, shaving gels, etc. All in all, it was definitely a good hotel experience.k

“brand new, extremely nice”

the Wyndham was brand new, everything sparkling clean and a very nice decor. Indoor pool, upscale restaurant, beautiful bar area...very elegant compared to my expectations. Not right in the heart of downtown but about 2 minutes away in a new shopping area with a movie theater and a few restaurants. Those restaurants also offered more reasonable prices and good food, especially for kids (brick oven pizza, American food). Right off the highway.

“Terrific Hotel!”

My wife made an 11th hour decision to get away for a few days and we chose this hotel. It was great. It is less than a year old, large and airy. The hotel workers were very friendly. The room was big and comfortable. the pool and whirlpool are indoors and large, and the workout room has lots of options. The breakfast is not included in the room rate, and they do not have a buffet, but we found it reasonably priced. You are not right in Gettysburg (a 5-10 minute drive to the town and battlefield), but we enjoyed being "away from it all" and in a quiet location.
