All was good xcept d parking of mine vehicle dey park ma vehicle near d fountain all nite dere was dat dirty water falling on my car it ws ridiculous n d room service was vry vry slow I use 2 call dem 3 times 4 single thing tel dem 2 improve it

The hotel staff were friendly but not prepared for first-time guests and foreigners. They could not give directions properly to reach the hotel or give tourism related info. The address and directions given in the hotels.com web site are not accurate. Almost all the people I spoke to when I was there spent at least half an hour locating the hotel.

Pros: Location and good breakfast.
Cons: Staff especially the front office staff should be more efficient and better trained.
We had booked two Royal Suite's in the hotel for two nights and paid for it in full on expedia, this was also confirmed with the Hotel staff over the phone after the booking, but on reaching the hotel we were informed that only one room was booked and after much consternation and explanations we got a substandard room no where close to the "Royal Suite". The shower was not working and it was not rectified even after repeated reminders, the tiles under tub were broken.
