Nice hotel
Excellent hotel, service, friendly and courteous staff. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had the luxury feel. Some maintenance in the room will benefit though. Doors on the shelves below TV bench were askew, tilted.

Reserved the room for 6 nights.
Only 2 nights so far and my room has been changed three times.. each time room had cockroaches and air-conditioning not working. Need to checkout now.. can not stay
The hotel and staff were good... But the price was a bit high and it was more like 3 star hotel.

The location is not good . Out of Delhi and difficult to get to city center but silent .the male staff standing at the left side of reception is rude and not welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities. About the breakfast they dont use fresh vegetables or fruit. The watermelon and pineapple juice were rotten and the fresh fruit were tasteless. They put knives in the jam jar so that you take lesser amount! Other things are ok .
Everything was good, food is amazing, bed is good and service was excellent and desk agent Himanshu is very courteous.
The only problem we got is direction of the Hotel Address is Noide but actually is in Ghaizabad .
Hotel should fix this problem.
I stayed at Raddison Blu Towers for 17 nights and totally enjoyed my stay there. The staff was amazing in every department from house keeping to in-room dining. Very professional and well trained I must say. I will definitely be choosing this hotel on my next trip.
In fact everything in this hotel is perfect even the location it’s near by 3 malls
The staff give you the service and tge hotel is too clean it’s really 5 stars service
The hotel was excellent - the service was top notch - really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson

The lady hair stylist was not good. She did not do a good job of curling my daughter’s hair. She used a straighter rather than a curling iron. My daughter had washed her hair that morning, but the stylist told her her hair was oily and it was hard to curl. She had to come back to the room and straighten her hair herself to get rid of the bad curling job the stylist did. She should have not had to pay and after seeing what she had done, I decided to do my hair myself. My daughters curl their hair all the time and have never had a problem but we couldn’t get the converter in our room to work.
