Clean room, nice staff, good price and convenient to many fast foods and other quick stops. Would recommend. Didnt eat breakfast but heard it was alright.

The breakfast served was changed to to cereals and pastries no eggs, bacon or sausage. We chose to go outside for the breakfast. There was no reduction in price for the reduced breakfast. The bed mattress was in poor shape and very lumpy.

We were expecting a full breakfast like the your flyer printed and they were short staffed, and the breakfast was a big deal for us and not what they served

So thankful this property was here! We booked at another motel and weren't there 20 mins and I couldn't stay. Last second I was able to book a room and check in. The front desk lady wasn't the most friendly, but we were just thankful to have a clean room.

For the price that they charge you would expect a nice bathroom. There was mildew in the shower and shower sliding doors were off the racks. Not worth the price.

Being understaffed made our stay much different than at other BWs in the past. They did the best they could, but it just didn't feel "normal."

Hotel stay was good and clean. The check in person for November 17th could have been more pleasant. Her tone was rather on the rude side. The next morning we didn’t make it down for breakfast and asked if there was coffee and she went on to state “ no coffee breakfast is over. Really. With that in min Overall it was ok.

Due to staffing shortages there was no personal interaction with a staff person. There was no hot water Saturday night, and the drains and toilet seemed slow. The room was great, clean and quiet.

Immediately had to request a new room as the AC unit in our assigned room was extremely noisy—first time in my life to make a request because of noise, obviously mechanic should have tended to this some time ago. Attendant did immediately reassign us to a new room, but when we went to put our water in fridge, found someone’s leftovers from who knows when, stunk something awful. Carpet felt spongy. Just—gross. My girls and I are not picky about where we stay, in general, but we might skip the breakfast here. Details are important, what else are they missing??

It was very secure from the start. The staff had to buzz you in the front door before entering the front lobby then you use your room key afterwards. The room was clean but the bathroom light was dim and needed to be replaced. We enjoy yes our short stay.

It was fine for the price. I was super annoyed that coffee was served STRICTLY between 6-8am. I came down one day at 8:10am and it was like: no chance in hell, it's over. It was also a little annoying that nothing was self-serve - couldn't go pour my own coffee or grab breakfast - had to wait on someone to do it, and then there are these signs that say you can't take food back to your room or out of the breakfast area. All of that just seemed pretty silly to me.
