"Wunderschöne japanische Zimmer und ein ganz tolles Onsen. Zimmer haben ein sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Fluss. "
"This hotel was amazing and great location. The hotel clerk at the front desk Nomi (I hope I have the spelling right) was so wonderful. Our son was joining us at the hotel and she made sure he was well taken care of. They gave us a great price on a room for the 9 days he stayed with us! We stayed on a private floor called the Executive Floor, that also offered a lounge with drinks and appetizers. This hotel has the best service and very accommodating! We love Japan and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"
"First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure."

"The hotel is great. My room, the pool, jacuzzi, hot bath and saunas were all awesome. Fitness room is okay. The hotel is a bit isolated from many things, so a car made the visit more enjoyable. The hotel has several dining options by way overpriced. "
