We are in a global pandemic due to covid19 and buffets in our region are prohibited. Anyway, you have been able to eat whatever you wanted for breakfast: eggs, bacon, fruit, orange juice, coffee, toast, oil, tomato, salt ....... The hotel does not have an elevator and is perfectly indicated in our file on the internet. The room complies with current tourism regulations and the price is appropriate for a single person. In most hotels you have to pay a double room price. Anyway, if the stay was pleasant then we are glad.

Señora, ya le hemos respondido en Google y dado todas las explicaciones. Su valoración es debida a que reservó por este medio 2 noches y solo estuvo una. No contactó con Expedia para modificar la reserva y reducir la estancia. Por tanto el hotel está en su derecho de cobrar las 2 noches. Valore su experiencia con Expedia porque creo recordar que el hotel le había parecido precioso.
