“Awesome experience”

I do not travel a lot for business but at least 5-6 times a year I find myself on business travel. This Hyatt is the best hotel for business travelers I have EVER stayed in. the room was very well organized with a small office area, great lounge area with TV, very comfortable bed, small counter area with refrigerator and the bathrooms were VERY well appointed. The staff in Gilbert were extra friendly and even remembered my name the next day when I ordered breakfast. I will be definitely be staying in this Hyatt again when I need to visit Phx.

“Execelent Place”

Was just there for one night. Had to leave at 5:15 AM the next day so we didn't get see or sample the breakfast, but check-in and Check-out was fast and friendly. We wanted more than a sandwich for the evening meal we were there, so asked the desk clerk, She was extremely helpful with directions, etc. Overall an excellent experience.

“Best place in Gilbert”

If you can drive just 15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport then you should be staying at this place. Besides, there's nothing great about Phoenix hotels anyway... This hotel was clean inside and out. The rooms are suites and offer plenty of privacy from other areas of the room. We had a full corner group of furniture. If I was going to have guests over this room was it. There was a bar refrigerator too. The surrounding area is in development but that lack of buildings just added to the great clean air in Gilbert. Shopping is less than 2 minutes away at SanTan Village. Excellent one of a kind restaurants and shopping in an outdoor setting that will keep you busy for 2-3 days. Food at hotel was lacking but this place is an express. Don't expect bell hops and food service. It's a do it yourselfer but they do have a basic Continental breakfast for a quick bite and minor food services. Best bet is to hit the great food at SanTan Village. The only other hotel nearby in the league of this one would be the Laredo but they were slightly more expensive and the area surroundings were more city style whereas this place is a bit more secluded and quiet.

Wow, what a great place to stay and all the rooms were suites. The price was quite reasonable. I really liked the fact you could order a very suitable meal any time of the day or evening, although the menu was not that large. The meal prices were very reasonable. The free breakfast spread was quite adequate and featured lots of fresh fruit.

The rooms were spotless and the staff was always available when we had a question. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

“Quite nice”

The room was very nice and a good value. Very clean, quiet, modern, and comfortable. We needed a place to stay for one night close to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport because we had a very eary morning flight out. This was the perfect solution. Easy to get to from Prescott, and easy to get to the airport at five in the morning. There is no restaurant on the property, but an area of shops and restaurants is conveniently located about a mile away and easy to get to without getting on the highway. Next time we use that airport and have an early flight we will most definitely stay there again.

“Favourite Winter get-a-way!”

What a pleasant stay I had at the Gilbert Hyatt coupled with a really nice GMC Acadia from Dollar Car Rental. The combined package was very reasonable, so much so, that I book the same package on Expedia every December when visiting family in the Gilbert AZ area. First off the staff at Dollar where so helpful, and even walked around the lot to help me choose which vehicle I prefered. Then the staff at the Gilbert Hyatt were awesome as usual. The Hotel was clean and very festive... Can't wait to return!
