Not Worth The Money...

We drive for 13 hours with two kids under 3 and got to the hotel at 10 pm. There was a party going on in the middle of the hotel with a DJ etc.. I figured that it would calm down soon since it was after 10. The party continued till around midnight. The walls were paper thin, the beds didn't have headboards and squeaked terribly, the tv was older than I am, the bathroom was dirty and there were patches all over the walls, the carpet was wore so bad it was bubbling up from the floor, we asked for a crib way in advance and it was never delivered so my infant slept on the bed with me. This was the absolute worst place I've stayed in. The price they charged for this room is ridiculous. There is a Days Inn directly behind this Clarion that I've stayed in before and I will be staying there next time I'm in Gillette.

I noticed that the tub was cracked in a couple of places. But other than that, it was above average for the price that I paid .

I would not stay here again. The room smelled like smoke, the doors rattled, the internet did not work until I went to the front desk and inquired about it (it had to be reset or something) There was not a stitch of decoration on the walls and the water was cold. We came in shortly after 10pm after a freezing football game and the hot tub had already been shut down and then we couldn't even warm up in a hot shower.

Not a three star hotel

Sad, tired hotel badly in need of an update. Rug was dirty, rattling fan in bathroom, loose ceiling tiles, hot and cold water reversed, elevator out of order (one still working), front desk worn, but friendly staff and good breakfast. This is at most a two star hotel.
