“Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.”

We really enjoyed the Settle Inn. We never expected it to be so nice. It far exceeded our expectations. Nice pool and hot tub. Great dining room and breakfast. Adequate workout room. Quiet and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I thought the hotel was brand new, due to the cleanliness both inside and out! the staff was polite, friendly, helpful and carried on pleasant conversation with all guests, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The breakfast, was more than enough-with a variety of choices. The area was a bit remote, but very conveniently located directly across the street from the Cam Plex arena-walk just across the street. The hotel location was safe and quiet, and within a quick ride(5 mins) to "downtown" Gillette. The laundry room was clean and easliy accessible, with new/updated washer/dryer. Workout room small, but adequate when you are on the road-not a priority for me. The indoor pool and hot tub area was clean well kept. Enjoyed a very nice stay-will definitely return!

“Outstanding value!”

The Settle Inn was an outstanding road trip value. Just off the highway, the property is imaculate and appealing. We enjoyed the manager's reception, which was a salad bar and complimentary beverage. The next morning, breakfast was also provided. The staff was exceptionally professional and eager to please. The roomwas nicely decorated and had a large, comfortable bathroom. It was easliy one of the best lodging experiences of our 13-day road trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel

“Gillette's Hidden Gem”

Overall the Settle Inn was a very pleasant place to stay. Customer service was great and the rooms very comfortable with 10 foot ceilings. It is a little off the main drag, but, Gillette is small enough you can get anywhere in a matter of miinutes.

“Awesome room”

The room was great! It was a very large room almost twice the size of normal hotel rooms. The only downfall to this hotel is its location. As of March 2010, there were no restaurants or attractions within walking distance. I came in on a plane and took a cab to the hotel. If I had a vehicle, this would have been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in.

“Unique and Clean”

We love the Settle Inn and Suites Chain! Our room was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The free breakfast is nice and well organized. (They are smart to have a separate area for making waffles as it aliviates some congestion that you often find at other hotels).
