No wake up call at 7:00am Last night of my stay. Sink would not drain,very very slow. Parking in mud . Some of location needs black top. Bathroom floor dirty. Passed this on at time of checkout. Clerk apologized for the problems and said he would follow up on problems. Maybe the reason no wake up is no phone in room!!!

The perfect storm for a bad stay

Pros: The room was clean. Housekeeping was doing a good job.
Cons: Better training for the staff. Update their television. Clean up the little things. Like the towel holder was rusting in the bathroom.
It took 40 minutes to check-in. The tv kept going to black and white. The Internet service did not work for half of our stay.

Front desk staff was outstanding but that was the best part. Bathroom could have been cleaner and one of our rooms came with no towels. Walls are thin, you can hear the TV/shower in the room next door. Bed was mushy. I would not stay here again.

Room looked clean, but the sheets were stained... A lot. There were lipstick stains on the pillow case and what appeared to be coffee or tomato sauce all over the rest of the sheets. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately totally inept. My room had no towels when I arrived, and when went to the front desk to request some, it took ten minutes for the person behind the desk to find them. When they finally returned they gave me hand towels only. I had to re-make my bed the first night because they had put the sheets on sideways and they only reached about half way up the bed. There was an issue with their computer system when I arrived and rather than just figuring it out on their own, the person behind the counter asked me to call for them. But in the end, it worked. If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and don't mind a run down room, go for it. I didn't mind any of these issues, I actually found it reasonably entertaining.

More than one night

Well we stayed 3 night, but our key cards expired each day and we had to get new ones. This was kind of an issue when you are on the third floor with two kids and a pregnant wife. Overall rather nice, but their setup for breakfast wasn't really ready for serving things hot as their fuses had to be reset a few times each morning. When my wife went down to warm my son's milk the hotel worker asked if she really needed to because he had to keep going back and flip the breaker. Hey my kid needs his milk and you can complain to someone else other than the pregnant lady who is trying to make her kid happy for breakfast. Okay service and room. You get what you pay for. Room always smelled of smoking, but was a non-smoking room. Frebreeze anyone?
