We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was lovely and clean and breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful.

Quite room on the end of the hotel.Top floor. Let me check out an hour late as I had a work commitment. Complimentary breakfast that I didn't try. Wifi was good. No tv listings..So you had to surf...

Walls were incredibly thin; could hear everything around me. Value is definitely the strong point of this hotel. For the money, the stay wasn't that bad.

THE GOOD: The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, going out of his way to assist us with the problems we encountered during our stay. Room was comfortable with good A/C. THE BAD: First room we were given had a toilet blocked by the previous occupants' bowel movement. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and immediately brought us a plunger, offering to plunge the toilet himself, which we declined. My wife went to use the shower, and the tub didn't drain either. Same gentleman at front desk switched us to a room next door, ran the keycards up to us, and apologized for the inconvenience, crediting us some points on our rewards program as well. That night, my wife woke me, screaming. A couple of beetles ( not roaches, just beetles) had crawled into the bed and across her! There were several of the beetles in the room and to be fair, they were heavy all throughout that area of Kentucky. So, the next morning we went down to have breakfast at about 9:30 -- though breakfast was advertised till 10, they were already out of several items -- a bit disappointing. At 10:30 we left the hotel and took off the "do not disturb" sign from our door. Upon returning around 3pm, our dirty towels were taken, but we had no clean towels. Our bed was not made, trash not emptied, and oddly, our A/C unit air filter was lying in the middle the floor! Front desk apologized and spoke with maid. Overall, front desk guy was great, rest of hotel disappointing.
