“Good for single folk too”
After reading all of the positive, family-friendly reviews of this hotel, I was still a little wary of staying in a place where families were so prevalent (I have no kids and hate to be bothered by plaintive children). My stay, for a college reunion weekend, was completely peaceful, professional, and very comfortable. Plenty of families, but all was quiet on the (eastern) front. Very friendly and responsive staff, a lovely and convenient area of Glastonbury, and a great value for the money. The $11 full breakfast was also impressive. My one request would be to provide a blanket option to the down comforter in each room; especially in springtime, something in between a sheet and a comforter would be a welcome option. Would certainly return the next time I'm in CT.
