I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was very pleasant and I really appreciated Heidi for making this stay very positive. She was at the front desk and greeted us with a smile, was very helpful and made us feel comfortable right from check in. I saw her at the bar and again, she was very nice, friendly, and made us feel comfortable and helped us to enjoy our stay.

There was a used bandaid on the floor when we checked in. The TV did not work at all. The fridge was unplugged from the wall but thankfully we figured that out. The mattress was old and sinking in the middle. The breakfast was decent at least.

A clean and well maintained facility but it definitely needs an overhaul. The overall feel of this place is one of being well used - too well used. It seems that the staff is doing the best that they can but the hotel infrastructure badly needs an infusion of money. God lucky to them all.

This property was fine for one night stay on your way to Utah. The hotel bed and room temperature was not very comfortable and the vanity sink exuded a sewer smell. The staff at the front desk both night and day receptionist was not very helpful and only spoke the minimum necessary.

Beautifully maintained property. Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and the towels were so soft. Only minor thing was the walls are a little thin so if you had noisy neighbors it might prove troublesome. Would definitely stay again.

Overall poor experience. Pool wasn't available (closed) and this wasn't indicated on the website at time of booking. Amenities affect where families (especially with kids) choose to stay. We purchased the suite room with 3 beds, and the room smelled tremendously like mould. It was so musty. There were areas in the bathroom that were dirty. Carpet was cut and rolling up in the middle of the floor. The balcony door barely closed and was faulty so if you haul hard enough it opens on it's own. The check in attendant was lovely. No attendant overnight however which is a little unnerving - between 10 pm and 7 am - so you need to take a key card and make sure you don't get locked out if you leave between these times. Wouldn't stay there again. As a side note, town is not overly safe (which has nothing to do with the hotel). Just mentioning as an FYI. My 2 children and husband almost got run over by truck that decided to go as we were walking on a cross walk in front of them. We had the right of way and were close together, attentive, and made eye contact with the driver. He literally just drove anyways. Had we not pulled our son back, the lifted truck would've run him over. When we ate, I was chatting with the hostess, and she told me she also almost got run a few weeks prior, and told us that some people in the area are crazy. Be careful when you're out and about and keep your kids close.

Check the toilet bowl first if it works right. The toilet bowl is clogged and overflows whenever we flush it. We can’t even use it. I need to call the lobby three times to have someone check on it. With a fully booked hotel, they can’t move us to another room. There’s no on-call maintenance person to fix common issues like this. We even tried to fix it ourselves. Our family had to use their public restroom for the rest of the stay. The night receptionist said that maintenance will check the clog at 8 in the morning the following day but no one came. When we checked out in the morning, I informed the day receptionist about the issue and she just replied, “OK”. No apology, whatsoever. Seems like their too tired doing other things aside from their job description that’s why they don’t give a damn whether customers are satisfied or inconvenienced of their stay.
