Okay if you don't have any other choice.Posted Jul 5, 2015
Room was really stuffy.no air conditioning. The ceiling was really low and the fan was terribly slow.

Nice B&BPosted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Pleasing grounds. Nice rooms. Accommodating hostess. Great adjacent restaurant/ Bar. Plentiful and nicely presented breakfast.
Cons: Though plentiful, it would be nice to have a customized breakfast (to meet dietary restrictions like diabetic). Wifi dropped all the time...
Location: Good location, between Bryce and Zion National Parks. We enjoyed the food/ beer @ the restaurant/ bar next door.
The Smith B&B has pleasant rooms and relaxing grounds.

Nice hotel in a small mountain townPosted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and historical significance
Location: Near both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks
This historic bed and breakfast was beautiful. The room was artfully decorated, bathroom was in good shape, and the breakfast was lovely (we had banana waffles, for example). It felt like a trip back in time staying at the Historic Smith Hotel and I recommend it to anyone.

Bed and Breakfast accueillantPosted May 31, 2015

Super alternative to KanabPosted May 19, 2015
Wonderful laid back place to stay. The owner/operators are genuine people that care about their guests. Cell phone and WIFI access are limited but who cares? We felt so at home and had a wonderful experience. Check out the hummingbirds!

Historic b&b near Bryce CanyonPosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: The breakfast & the friendly atmosphere.
Cons: The amenities are ageing but it is an historic building.
Location: Its a nice drive to Bryce Canyon & Zion N.P.
Smith hotel was classic old building with nice garden setting. They served a lovely breakfast but there was nowhere close by to have dinner.(the restaurant next door was closed through the week, due to illness). The owners were full of local knowledge & very happy to share it. We would stay there again.

Nice B&B on way to Zion CanyonPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Most everything.
Cons: The shower head in the bathroom was stationary making it difficult to rinse off.
Location: We arrived late in the evening and just stayed overnight. The location was good for traveling through to Zion Canyon.
Lovely old hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of antiques downstairs. The owners were so welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and places we might want to see on our way to Zion. Breakfast was Outstanding!! It was a great visit.
