I booked through Expedia who charged me. The motel also charged me. I have left messages for the manager to call me back and haven’t ever received a return phone call. I have called them about 4 times trying to talk to a manager or get someone to credit my card back. The last time I called I was assured they would credit my card. I told them to please send an email confirmation - called them 3 times to say I never received it. Was informed it must be an error on their end but they didn’t bother to try to get it corrected. Did not receive the credit so I had to finally call my credit card company and dispute the charge. It has been so many phone calls to the motel and so much time trying to get them to credit me back. Such poor customer service. Will not be back to this motel.

I was charged 100$ without being told what it was for. I was notified by my credit card service after I checked out. I assume it was a hold and will disappear in a few days. I also got a charge of 4$, but did not purchase anything at the hotel? Also this Hotel is very hard to find as it was not located on a main road!

Nice&clean, we got 2 calls from desk, saying they didn't know if it was us or not , but there had been a noise complaint... I explained we hear it too, dog keeps barking, we are all tidy in bed watching TV... So that's kinda bad they just call random rooms nearby...

Good shower; meh breakfast
This was a nice, newer property with decent-sized rooms. I definitely have a few notes though. The shower head was great, but the bathroom was dim and hard to get ready in. Traveling with a family, I tend to prefer having the sink outside the bathroom so more people can do things. Breakfast had more options than some hotels but was still underwhelming. Guests were complaining about the lack of coffee. The cinnamon rolls weren’t bad. My family would prefer a waffle maker over pancake machine since the waffles are usually more substantial and are better quality. Ultimately, I wish hotels would just focus on upping the quality of the basics—better quality breads, juices, etc. For cereals, I don’t understand why so many hotels have 2-3 flake cereals. If you don’t like one, you probably don’t like the other(s). Replacing one with a Cheerios or Rice Krispies would give more variety and probably appeal to more kids too.

Tub was clogged, I asked the front office lady about the issue and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Makes me think the tub was never cleaned prior, this is something housekeeping should’ve noticed if the tub was actually cleaned. Towels had hair on them as well. Not worth the price.

Got to the hotel about 15 before check in(245) didn’t get a room till close to 4 o clock, I have a special need child and that hour seems like eternity. I watched at least 4 families come in after me and get their rooms. I don’t plan on ever staying there again.

It's a pretty nice place. The pond beyond was a neat place to walk. We fed the ducks. You're not too far from Tulsa Hills. The rooms are a bit outdated, but everything was clean. The pool is very small. The breakfast was good, but there wasn't enough seating for everyone.
