Thumbs up from repeat customer

Staff always pleasant, rooms clean, good value. Always stay here en route to Denver, or a budget get away. Quiet area, even though near highway, nice to walk dog around. They accept dogs without fuss too.

Nature and Service combine in one

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: The staff was exceptional
Cons: Nothing I'm aware of.
Location: Close to shopping, attractions and great restaurants. Local spa les than a mile.
This hotel is designed to melt into the natural community. The Antlers Best Western is tastefully decorated with rustic style furniture. The room I stayed in had a luxurious sofa as well. The buildings are named for wildlife. The landscape is lush. There was plenty of play areas for the kids and a wonderful, warm Hot Tub located inside for year round use. The breakfast area was rustic and the continental breakfast was the best I've had! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they had recommendations for restaurants, local attractions and shopping. There was a young bear that was known to walk about the parking lot so the staff encouraged guests to be sure to keep their cars free of food and how to protect themselves from danger. I was so impressed with everything, this is a must stay hotel!!

The hotel was rustic and had an old fashion feel to it. The price was higher than I would have preferred to pay but given the time of year it was acceptable.

Location: Golf Swimming pool Hot springs Sight see
We stayed here in August and it was great so we decided to stay again and we were pleased this time as well. I felt the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (floor) but overall everything was good. Breakfast was nice. Pretty much the same as other hotels. Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage and toast etc. That was all we needed. We wanted the first floor and they were able to accommodate us.We will definitely go back there next year.

Very nice hotel in town and close to everything.

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Nice size room with rustic decor. Very comfortable bed. Courteous staff. Easy check in and out.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better but they did have a variety of options
Location: Located in town and close to hot springs. There are shops and restaurants downtown. Of course the large hot springs.
Room was nice size. King bed very comfortable. It was in town but there were lots of trees and landscaping that didn't feel like it was in town. beautiful mountain scenery all around. Outdoor pool with small indoor pool/ hot tub. Has nice laundromat. Office staff very courteous and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Rustic decor with a log bed. Really enjoyed the two night stay there!

Good spot, nice hotel

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Cons: Bathroom decor was a little sterile (non-existent) but it was just a bathroom.
Location: Almost all the tourist attractions in Glenwood Springs are walk able distance from each other. The hotel is smack dab in between the two biggest ones
This was a nice hotel, competitive price and nice decor. Out door kiddo pool was a great spot, and indoor GIANT hot tub was hot and nice. Nice staff though they were always super busy.
