"Our stay was fun and great! The hotel was pretty quiet with the exception of a domestic situation that happened in the parking lot our first night there. The room was clean, warm, and a great size. The only suggestion is that it would be great if the hotel had more vegetarian or plant-based milk options for the complimentary breakfast."

"This trip started out as a disaster! The Hotel was under major renovation. No one warned us that was the case. Apparently they were in an ownership change. Thanks to the EXCELLENT customer service of an employee named Hayden.. the stay was saved! First day and a half not so good the rest of the four day stay was awesome! All the staff was super helpful and understanding in a very difficult situation. PLEASE !! Bring back the towel rentals for the hot springs pool… was a really nice feature you had in the past."
