“Rocky mountain retreat”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The temperature of the room overnight did not change. The thermostat was turned to heat only. Did not need it. Breakfast was delicious.

“Loved the hotel!”

Loved the service from the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out. The bed was very comfortable the best I hav ever slept in at a hotel. The room had so much space and loved that there was a balcony with a table a chairs. Will tell every one about the hotel.

“Glenwood Getaway”

My family and I stayed at the Glenwood Suites and were very pleased. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were actually surprised by the complimentry continental breakfast they offered. It included eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, plus a variety of other things. It's about a mile away from Downtown Glenwood and the Hot Springs pool. If you're visiting Glenwood for the hot spring pool, and don't care if your hotel has a swimming pool, then this is a great place to stay. If you're looking for a place that has a pool, then I'd look elsewhere. That was the only downfall.

“Great Hotel - not walking distance to town”

“Convenient location First Exit west of Hot Springs”

Top flight staff and amenities , good beds, and just get on Midland Ave go east directly to the top 5 resturauntsunder the dwntown bridge or go under the Interstate and go east on state hwy 6 to the hot springs which are great. Good breakfast......

“Colorado”

On checking in at the Hotel the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and was pretty big. It had all the amenities and more. Stepping out of the hotel was beautiful with a huge snow capped mountain directly in front of the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in Colorado again.
