Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was the right temperature. They had fresh cookies, fruit, and lemon water available during most of the day. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Older hotel in a great location.

Pros: great location
Cons: Thicker, acoustically improved walls and floors. Better maid service - for us it was non-existant during a two night stay.
Location: Hiking, swimming, hot spring caves, shopping, dining.
The hotel was older. It was noisy in that you could hear all of your neighbors, on each side and above you. The complimentary breakfast was fine but you had to take it back to your room because the breakfast room was too small to handle the shoulder to shoulder crowd. Finally, we stayed two nights and never had maid service - and no, we did not leave a privacy sign up. Friends staying at the Hampton, next door, had a much nicer experience.

Pros: Staff was great. Rooms were nice.
Location: It was right next door to the gondola to take up to the adventure park. Walking distance to downtown.
We had a great time. It was with in walking distance to downtown Glenwood. The staff was great. The breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the fresh bakes cookies that were set out each night.

Great short stop.

They got my room fast. The wifi was down, but repaired in an hour. The only negative was the housekeeping. I had my do not disturb sign out and they went in anyway, while I was away from property.

Pros: Front desk helpful in finding restaurants and giving directions.
Cons: Better signage had hard time finding hotel.
Friendly and courteous staff, nice breakfast. Near many attractions and only a five minute drive to the hot springs.

The people at the counter for check-in and check-out were very friendly. The room was comfortable, but had some defects. The shower holder was broken. Found trash on the floor and toe nail clippings. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
