Thomas, our shuttle driver was the absolute best! We were able to go to iron mountain and grab some things from Target. He was gracious, helpful and kind.

I really liked how beautiful the property was, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I also liked how close it was walking distance to all of the attractions I wanted to do. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants, as well as a hot springs pool and a short drive to the adventure park.

Love the location, easy access to shops, restaurants, the hotsprings pool, hikes and activities. Love the high ceilings and grand lobby. I think they should either; A) spring for air conditioning or B) make sure the transoms function (they are painted shut).

The heat was turned up very high on the 4h floor. Ou room was very hot and the staff did not seem to care. Not the best nights sleep.

Our stay was SUPER SIZED because of an employee named Dane. He greeted me at the door, took luggage to our room, told us some of the history of the hotel. And even told us about some famous people who have stayed there. Dane told us places to eat. And about the FREE shuttle if we didn't choose to walk.

Nice stay! Cool old hotel. I get that they're vibe is an older vintage feel and I'm good with that. However, some of the carpet and furniture needs an upgrade to keep it feeling clean, etc.

I booked this room for the history associated with the hotel, and everything about this hotel exceeded all my expectations and it started with the staff. I have spent more on a hotel room and been extremely disappointed, so not only was the ambiance extremely pleasing but the front desk and hotel bar staff deserves the world; Kacey and Kip are outstanding. I have never met a more friendly and accommodating group. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!!

Rooms were roomy, but definitely in need of an update. Exposed piping throughout hotel. Bathroom needs fan. During our visit the bathroom smelled like it was recently painted and remained the whole time we were there. Nice exterior and relaxing lobby.

This hotel staff was awful. They said “we don’t affiliate with third party and won’t offer any upgrades or packages to you because you used a 3rd party” DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Beautiful lights and decos at Christmas time. The hotel is WWII era and still operates on radiant heat which basically sounds like someone hitting pipes with a hammer in your room all night and is nearly impossible to regulate room temperature. Needless to say, no sleeping happened.

Great staff, service and lodgings with convenient location. Don’t need a car. We took the train and got picked up at the station. Special “shout out” to Dane a “jack of all trades”. He was our bell hop when we arrived and our shuttle driver the 2nd day. Friendly and gave us lots of great suggestions for dining and other activities

Staff was great and food was delicious. The hotel doesn’t have AC and the pipes/radiator make these loud tapping and clipping noises every hour which made for poor sleep

Conveniently located. Glenwood Hot Springs are right across the street as well as many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is quiet, staff is very nice, Legends Coffee Shop had great coffee and breakfast to go.

Very cool historic hotel! The lobby was beautiful and always had fireplaces lit with jazz music playing. The rooms had recently been renovated but still kept the ambiance of the old hotel. Everything was always very clean throughout the hotel. Every room had a view of the mountains surrounding the town. The old downtown area was also just across the river and was easily walkable by a pedestrian bridge. We had an excellent, relaxing stay.
