The stay was pretty good over all. The only real issue I had was the house keeping. I requested it a couple times and they never showed. Also when calling the front desk for extra towels, it took about 2 hrs and 3 calls to the front. The pool is a lot small than the pictures show. The breakfast is basic and not a lot of options. It is in a pretty decent location.

The price for the room was great, it was very kid friendly, and we enjoyed the pool, and the convienience of the location and closeness to all that Glenwood springs has to offer. I found that the hotel room was not as clean as it should be, the bathroom had disgusting stains on the walls, and there was a leftover dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, there were gross stains on the pull out couch, and the chairs in the room.

Great place. Staff at check in was very helpful. Be sure to ask for room service if needed if you need to stay more than one night if you need anything. Other than that everything was great.

We appreciated the fact that we were able to book a room that fit our entire family (7 people). The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The lobby, breakfast lounge area, and our room were all nice and comfy. Overall clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was bummed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay, although that didn't seem to deter people from using it anyway (?? I don't understand people sometimes). My son was happy with the breakfast options, but i was disappointed that they got rid of the big pot of oatmeal and only had the single packets of instant oatmeal instead. I love staying in Glenwood and the location is this hotel is pretty great for being able to walk almost anywhere in town. The bed was super comfy and the shower had pretty good water pressure, even on the top floor!

Hotel staff did not change sheets from prior guest, black hair in between sheets with bed made. Room did not have coffee, any toiletries, not even soap to wash your hands. Would never stay here again.

Nice and new property. It was clean and kept up. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty and fresh. The beds were perfect but I despise down pillows. My only complaint are the walls were paper thin and I could hear almost any conversation and goings on at any time. Otherwise, great place to stay and would come again.

I had a very late check-in and im talking about getting car rental at 2a.m and not getting to the hotel until 5:50am and i called to let you guys know that im check-in late and lady i spoke with was so sweet and checked me in. So, when i get there i can just get my keys and rest. Super thankful for her kind gesture ❤️
