Clean and centrally located motel. We only stayed over night and with no children, it was just fine. Stay here and you get the basics, and basic is inexpensive allowing money to go towards a fine dining experience.

Didn't have many choices at the time.Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Not a whole lot other than location.
Cons: Its just an old place near the end of its life.
Location: Good central location and lots of things to do. Just not very modern or up to date. Place was reasonably clean and serviceable.
Kind of a last minute deal. We had a friend of our daughter get married and we had planned to only go up for wedding, but at last moment daughter wanted to do some other things as well. So we decided to stay the nite and have some fun nest day in Glenwood. So not very many choices. It was only place that had a 2br suite at a reasonable price. We went not expecting much and that was what we got. It wasnt horrible but it also wasn't very good. Anyway it worked for 1 nite, and location was good for us.

Clean, pleased with conduct of staff, hotel was unique from the outside. Not memorable overall.

Convenient location. Staff is spending all the time perfecting the outside appearance of the motel but inside, everything is falling apart - no maintenance whatsoever. Together with microscopic size of the rooms, it practically guarantees dissatisfaction.

Additional Charges for Non-Smoking RoomPosted Jul 14, 2015
Cons: Their sign said breakfast was available, but what they really mean is that you can go to the village inn across the street for discounted breakfast.
I was surprised when I checked in that most of their rooms were not non-smoking (only 3 non-smoking rooms). They asked me to pay a higher rate (10 dollars more) to change my reservation to a non-smoking room (which I preferred). Surprise charges are never good.

Nice outside, disappointing inside, great locationPosted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: Location, price
Cons: New carpeting, update interior, provide loose leaf binder with local happenings, restaurants, etc., fix very noisy A/C and bathroom fan.
Location: Located next to good selection of restaurants, the springs, and downtown/shopping!
Cute looking place externally; the room however wasn't as nice. Absolutely filthy carpet (still traumatized from that), exceedingly noisy A/C and bathroom fan, and the internet didn't work. The bed was pretty comfortable and bedding seemed clean. Furnishings minimalistic, dated. Large closet. No loose leaf binder containing information regarding restaurants, events, etc. in room or lobby which is always helpful. Parking lot new; entrance door to room new and exterior looked like it was freshly painted so maybe they are starting to invest some money in the place. Great location. Price was $75/night via Trivago.

Great small hotelPosted Jun 28, 2015
Great hotel, clean, very friendly and helpful personal. They helped me to plan my road trip with all the local details you cant know otherwise. Very good location, across the street nice breakfast restaurant. And, it is always a pleasure to support small family business, which this hotel is.

Great location!Posted Jun 21, 2015
Pros: Location. Size of the rooms.
Cons: Update in decor--new carpet. More pillows and extra blankets available.
Location: Two blocks from the Hot Springs and the pedestrian bridge to downtown. The Pullman is wonderful for dinner. Fun shopping!
Two blocks from the Springs. Very walkable. Very friendly staff. A little run-down. The maid might want to use the attachments to get in the corners. Huge two bedroom suite separated by an entrance hallway. Shared bathroom. Definitely quirky.
