“Wonderful Guesthouse in Bourton-On-The-Water”

We had a fantastic time staying in Bourton-On-The-Water at the Broadlands Guesthouse. Marco met us in the carpark as we arrived, and showed us to our room. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and the king size bed very comfortable. Free Wifi at all times. Our brakfast was cooked to perfection. A 2 minute walk brought us to the heart of Bourton, with the beautiful Windrush river a hive of activity. It was very sad to leave this wonderful place. Marco is the perfect host.

Its a beautiful village and the b&b matched it, with great service in a perfect location. The owner was very friendly and welcoming... and our twin room was a lovely light and clean. The breakfast was fab too, the staff were all lovely and freindly. Thank you!

“Bourton-On-The-Waters best Guest House”

Loverly little guest house, we stayed in the luxery room as that was the only room still available when we booked, the bed was so comfortable my wife wanted to take it home with her, the hotel was only 5 min walk from the centre, if we visited that area again we would certainly book Broadlands again, Plus Marco does a very nice breakfast.

“Family accommodation”

We were 3 generations of one family and the family room on 2 levels was ideal for us, as we could be separated for sleeping. Breakfast was great too. We can recommend the guest house to others, especially the annexe rooms on 2 levels suitable for a family.

“Excellent break in the Cotwolds”

We arrived early but our standard room was already available for our two day stay . We were greeted enthusiastically. The room was of average size, well presented with a big bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was cooked to order and there was a choice of hot food available as well as fruit juice, cereal and toast, tea and coffee. Marco was helpful and knowledgeable when we talked to him about the local attractions. We were within minutes of the village centre and visited the local church, the motor museum and the model village in Bourton. The village is very pretty. We also visited the church at Burford which was very pretty and spent an afternoon at the wildlife and country park. On the final day we went to the aviation museum at Moreton in Marsh. We had a superb afternoon at the Birds of prey centre also in Moreton, would give this attraction 5 stars as the birds were amazing. Altogether a great break and the guest house was very good value. We ate in Rose Tree restaurant in Bourton on both nights. The menu is varied and we thought it was very good, but you have to be there by 9 pm at the latest!

Wonderful B&B with 2 builbings. We stayed in a clean more modern motel type room. It was a cold evening and the heater could not keep up with the unusually cold night. Room was comfortabe and well maintained. Felt newer than it was because of the superior condition.
