“Totally justified value for money”

The hotel has the most convenient location for the price they charge. All basic ameneties, friendly staff and also a lively neighbourhood. Rooms are modest but for the kind of money they charge....its justified. Ideal fo a low budget stay.....because as they say....who comes to Goa to stay in the hotel...!!

foods are costly and the complimentary breakfast was just a bluff! Our garments were stolen from the terrace of the hotel. Staffs were inactive. Bedsheets linens were not changed regularly

“Bugs in the room, Expedia location does not match”

Bugs, Ants, mosquitoes, broken cable connection, broken socket. The restaurant was terrible with dirty table cloths. Although the bathroom and toilet were clean. The room had a good view. We shared a terrace with the guys next door, who were not in the hotel most of the time. Also, the staff was friendly, room service was "BAD". The hotel offered us rental bikes at rate higher than the market rate. Also, they tried to sell us local merchandise like hats, souvenirs, all at a higher price.

“First pathetic experience !”

There was nothing called customer service. we had a very bad experience staying in this hotel and since we had paid full amount upfront, we had no other choice. In future i would like to book the hotel personally, only after having a satisfactory review. Thanks,

Service and maintenance is too poor. Hot water will not come properly, Food and complement item was not good.....

Very bad hotel and services: the hotel location is good however the size of the room and cleaniless is terrible, the service is lousy, considering they are charging high, they offer horrible services. we had to share balcony with other stranger occupant of the hotel. only 1 chair was given in the room with no cupboard, no storage at all, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room is as shown in the pictures especially bathroom. complimentary breakfast is limited to idlis and pohas only, no english breafast is served, it closes sharp at 10 am afterwhich you have to pay for breakfast which is not very immpressive. machine tea served was served, meal options are also limited. chicken once i tried was terrible and food not very tasty. Overall i will give 1 rating to this hotel only because of its location and nothing else
