The hotel was lovely and the staff very polite and helpful. The buildings need some updating. Breakfast buffet was wonderful however it would help if bacon and eggs were included.... for people who cannot eat spicy food. We will certainly be staying here again.

My golden days at Angel's Resort
We were absolutely satisfied. The behaviour of the staffs were simply amicable and amazing. Ambience, amenities and services found truly immaculate. Food quality and taste were also superb.

The staff were extremely helpful. The food was absolutely excellent. We made full use of the free shuttle bus to nearby places. Our only criticism was that the pool was rather over chlorinated although it didn't put us off using it. This is my second visit to Angels and I hope not my last.

The staff are friendly and hardworking, attentive and ready to assist. The place is kept clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottled water. The breakfast table has fresh fruit bread and Indian dishes, they are happy to cook eggs for you if you order. The shuttle service to the beach and city is a bonus and used by the guests. Their taxi rates are competitive. This was my 7th stay at Angels.

Lovely hotel with lots of trees and foliage
Spacious bedroom with excellent air conditioning. Very clean and the service was excellent. The pool was very pleasant with a shaded area which was lit up beautifully at night. The food was ok, but we found nicer food at the local restaurants. The shuttle service was very good ( except for the taxi strike! Not their fault). The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite.

Great Resort away from the Beach
Location: About 20 minutes drive by bike from Calangute, Baga, Candolim beaches and around 30 minutes from Vagator and Chapora Fort. Businesses, shops and amenities available very closeby. Resort: Wide open spaces with cottage like buildings consisting of two rooms on each floor upto two floors each. Very comfortable. Restaurant available with good food. The pool was awesome!! Loved it. Visited it 3 times during our 3 night stay. Facilities: Clean and very spacious room, very nice bathroom, cable TV, AC, coffee/tea in the room with balcony overlooking one end of the pool, games room featuring carrom and table tennis. A decent gym and fitness center with basic stuff. Overall: Great place for families and couples. Recommend renting a bike to travel to the places to visit - becomes very convenient.

Great for an Indian Hotel
The hotel was a good deal for the price. The staff members were all friendly and competent. The room was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The pool was clean and the on-site restaurant served really good Indian cuisine. Overall, our stay was quite comfortable and convenient.

Nice hotel and it's located in center to all place
Hi it's good experience over here.. I recommend friends to go n stay n enjoy in angels. Breakfast can be improved by changing the menu everyday. Pls don't try taking liquor here they charge exorbitantly. Over all it's a nice place to stay. Staff n other facilities are good.

Angels is a nicely equipped Resort with a clean swimming Pool. The apartments although quite old are large and comfortable. The meals I had were all good and there was quite a good choice for bfast. You will need transport for the beach or Panaji.

Nice Resort for family and couple stay with all facility. Provide cab facility for GOA SITE SEAN AT REASONAL RATE and resturant is good . Price menu is standard and with all varitity food food available. Staff are very good.

The ambience and the rooms provided are Excellently maintained throughout our stay. however the amenities such as bath set , tooth brush and tooth paste not provided. Room service not available from 00.00 AM to 6.30 AM. Apart from the above, Over all experiance is good.

My delightful experience... :)
I would say it was a pleasant stay. The property was neat and maintained very well. The alcohol and food was priced 50% less than what was available outside. I can assure you, the service rendered by these guys was beyond expectation. The room prices were very affordable when compared to other properties. The property is located at 7 to 10kms from all major attractions. This gives you enough time for a peaceful long drive. I will certainly recommend my friends to choose this property.

Neat,clean and nice resort with caring staff.
This was second time I stayed in the resort with family. There is nothing to complain. The resort is neat ,clean and well maintained. The entire staff is great in taking care of all guests. It motivates the guests to come again and again to have relaxed holidays.You don't have to worry for anything once you are in the resort.

Great budget family hotel
A very good experience staying at Angel's Resort - a nice quiet family holiday resort. Most guests were Indians and the staff speak good English. Bathrooms are clean and rooms have A/C - a must if you are visiting in December as we did. The resort is very well kept and there were Christmas decorations when we arrived and coming from London, we thought was a nice touch since Christmas didn't seem to be a major events in other Indian cities we visited.

Nice quiet budget hotel
We were give 2 poolside rooms. The rooms were clean with good housekeeping facilities. while we used the pool only once, it was decent sized and the water was clean. The hotel restaurant was not very fancy but the food was well prepared and tasty. The hotel also arranged sight seeing and river cruise passes. Overall we had very positive experience.

The resort is just wow. I got entire duplex villa being 3 families. It was well maintained, looking newly constructed. The environment inside was lush green with number of scenic villas. Great room service. Got AC room, 2 bisleri bottles daily, good night repellent , nice interiors, white clean bedsheets and towels. Restaurant with complementary breakfast was awesome. We had dinner all 5 days there only and on our request it was made non-spicy. For toddlers, they boiled milk packets bought by us daily and prepared khichadi in our small pressure cooker. Very cooperative staff.

Great Resort in Great Budget
If you're looking for a soothing stay with easy on pockets budget this is the place to go for. The food is amazing, the rates are better than what we get here in Pune in the same level restaurants. The rooms are decent and equipped with AC, TV etc. Only draw back is the hot water supply is erratic which can be a pain if you're under the shower after a long day at the beach.... Beautiful set up and double thumbs up if you're looking for a resort in the budget

I had a good stay in this hotel, however one issue which I have faced is during check in hotel management charged extra amount for kids. As per my booking, I was under the impression that I have to pay for only extra bed but they have charged for both my kids instead of extra beds, which was not mentioned clearly in Expedia Web site while I booked the room.

Pleasant Stay at angel's.
Angel's Resort offered us just the right mix of location, comfort and cozy rooms , calm and quiet environment and yet its not far away from the city. They offered free coaches to Panjim City and Calangute Beach. Surprisingly the coach took me there even when I was the only passenger waiting for it. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Breakfast fare though can show some improvement. Overall it was a pleasant experience to stay at Angel's Resort, Porvorim. Thanks Hotels.com

My wife and I, enjoyed our 10-day stay at the resort. We enjoyed the buffet at morning breakfast, and food selection choice from the restaurant for dinner. We were extremely pleased with the service, and room service, especially with towel arrangement on the bed, after the room has been cleaned. The resort is ideally located between the two major cities - Mapuca and Panjim, and provides patrons, both on holiday and business, easy access.

Very nice hotel in a very peaceful environment.
We had a great fun staying in angels. Breakfast was good but addition of one more item will complete the buffet and that is sausages. Swimming pool, gym, and table tennis were good as expected. Overall for a budgeted hotel this will be a good choice.
