Good place near colvaPosted Nov 19, 2013
Large rooms, near a quiet private beach, average breakfast. Neat and comfortable. Ideal for people with own transport. Family friendly. Clean pool, non intrusive , friendly staff.

Quiet beach, excellent facilitiesPosted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: The on beach facilities, tranquil location, easy private access to the beach, the room size.
Cons: restaurant could be improved and the repetitive techno music should stop (they turned it off when we asked)
Location: Short walk to excellent sandy beach, 1 km to fishing boats, a comfortable tuk tuk ride to Margao town.
Beleza has it all, at least from our perspective. We are not actually beach people but after 1 hour in Calangute we ran away and wanted to explore the old houses around Margao. It's more pleasant to stay on the beach than Margao and we were pleased with the choice. beleza is at the quietest part of Colva beach. The hotel facilities on the beach are excellent - a bar with pleasant sitting cabana although there are just 4 reclining beach chairs. It's about a 1 km walk along the beach to watch the fishing boats leave and arrive and Colva crowds are a little further. The hotel has a pleasant pool and the rooms are excellent. The Restaurant is pleasant but the food could be improved.

Stay at Beleza... by the beachPosted Oct 11, 2013
I wanted to see the southern part of Goa so I chose Colva. As I did not want to go to crowded beaches of Colva I wanted to stay in a resort which had a beach near by and so I chose BELEZA. Beleza is a beautiful resort, it has spaciuos rooms and has lot of privacy. The resort has a private pathway to beach which is nearby. It has a good swimming pool, well maintained. The staff were really good. My stay was for 2 nights. The Breakfast was good on one day but not good on the other day. The buffet was rarely getting re-filled and this must not be told by the customers they need to watch out and take care. The swimming pool area for kids was really gud. Even my 2yr kid was able to play in that. There is a play area for kids but I think it was too far from resort. Overall it was a very good experience as we were looking for a silent place.

Great Resort a little far from the cityPosted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: Everything was great except the internet
Location: Colva beach is close by but the resort is far from everything fun in the city, and so it costs a lot to take a taxi.
It was great stay but the internet was very poor and weak.

Nice place, close to the beach and Mickey's too.Posted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: The open restaurant is very welcoming. The staff are very friendly and pleasing. The gardens are nice and well maintained so also the Villas.
Cons: Found it unhygienic that the big rimmed toilet had a small rimmed toilet seat. A bit more attention to cleanliness is needed. Car parking closer.
Location: Very well located but a bit far from the shopping area. One can spend the whole day at the beach and a few eating places are near by.
We were pleasantly surprised by Beleza by the beach. The place is very well laid out, that ensures privacy and also an option for interaction with others. The Villas are big and very spacious and is an ideal place for large families. We were there for 4 days that went off very fast. Were happy with the breakfast spread but if we were there for a longer period would prefer more variety. Since the pool is at a raised level, it does not seem as inviting as if it were on ground level. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It would be helpful if a bit of local information is available at the desk. Would definitely like to come back to Beleza by the beach.

Amazingly comforting Hotel right on the beach!Posted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: It has got lush green surroundings and has got dozens of trees, plants growing up all around. Beach is 2 minutes away with its own private entrance!
Cons: - Food rates are exorbitant - Probably too much chlorine is used in the pool - Taxi rates should be reasonable, not sky high - Few more veg-sabzis
Location: - Head to Colva beach. They have their own bar and sitting area there but open only after september - Head to Madgaon and explore more
The stay was fantastic here. It has got a clean and well maintained pool (though it does put in excessive chlorine in it which resulted in me having an ear infection), small small gym, play area, children's rides, steam bath option, spa etc. The staff is friendly and courteous and helps you with all your queries. The restaurant is right next to the pool so you could grab a beer and be in the pool under a minute! It's a heaven for couples as it is in South Goa so away from the maddening crowds and seedy dealers. The surroundings are very calm. You could just be in the hotel area and spend a complete day just chilling. Morning breakfast is continental and has got a good mix of Indian and Continental. The only problem is of commuting: you can't walk from the hotel to reach any other connecting point - you must have either a rented 2-wheeler/4-wheeler or your own car. Nearest bus stop is the main Colva beach area - around 1.5~2 kilometers. There are only two things which may be uncomfortable to a guest: - Check-in time is 2:00pm - For people reaching Goa in the morning this could eat away your time - Food is exorbitantly priced! Chapati: Rs. 35/-, Roti: Rs. 40-~45, Paneer sabzi: 180~200 etc. - The taxi rates quoted at the reception are very steep. It is better to bargain directly with the taxi guys who will be waiting right outside the hotel for customers.

good option but quite far from colva beach...Posted Aug 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is located quite far from Colva beach... as most of the eating place & shops are at Colva beach, u need to either hire Bike or Car... Service & food is ok... plus point is that they have private beach so u can enjoy the beach...

Nice little budget resort - especially for kidsPosted Aug 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a good budget resort, and given that I was paying the off season price, I was pretty satisfied. I don't know if I would say the same thing if I was paying the tourist season price. The rooms are fine, nothing particularly specially. The ones on the ground floor are a tad dark and dingy, but the upper floors have nice balconys and are good. The bathrooms are very nice and modern. Food is not so great. Alchohol is reasonably priced. The resort is not exactly on the beach, but it is close - just about a 2, 3 minute walk. This resort is frequented by families, so if you don't enjoy children, best to stay away. Food is not so great but passable. Staff are very friendly and nice. You have to sign a waver that you won't bring any outside food. Yet, the rooms have shared kitchens. weird. Anyway, the beach is great, and the hotel is just fine.
