Fantastic hotel with very attentive staff. A quiet hotel in a peaceful part of Calangute not far from the beaches and town. We will be going back there next year...

“Top class!”

This is a top class and small/cozy boutique hotel I should say! Location is very conveniently close to the calangute beach on one side and the town on the other so one could rent bikes, etc. The interiors were very well maintained and so were the furnishings/linen. Pricing of in-room dining also was very very reasonable. Overall I would say if you have a beach day in mind this is a great place to unwind after a tiring/sunny day at the beach. Don't expect a large hotel with a busy environment. Expect a small/cozy and personalised experience here with nice friendly staff.

“Beach Resort”

Excellent location on Calangute beach. You have to just walk out and you are on a private beach within 5 min. - Far from the mad crowd of the public beach. General decor was nice and very photogenic. Recommended for a nice quite stay at Goa.

Perfect blend of traditional and modern hospitality-- Situated in almost the heart of the happening places in GOA.. it provides you with peace and yet gives you the feeling that you are not far away from the fun ... Recommend highly to stay here once.

“A little piece of heaven in Goa.”

The hotel is great. All the staff were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good & you could have Continental or indian & as little or as much as you liked . We had room J2 which overlooks the pool on the ground floor & it was peaceful & very well maintained. You need to ask for the rooms on the poolside or the front as the other side has no real views - but we did! It was a welcome retreat from the hustle & bustle of Calangute. Try it you'll love it!

“Relaxing Place”

Nice retreat, extremely helpful and personal service, would be 5 star if it had the facilities but these are available locally so its not 5 star prices you are paying, really surprised with the bill as expected to pay much more, breakfast is good and sets you up for your day out, great trips out arranged with excellent hotel driver and good vehicle, pool is excellent and beach a short stroll away, nice restaurants locally like I95 which is 15 mins walk, good beach shacks like Pousada for lunch, don't miss trip to water falls and spice plantation, river cruise was a hoot even though we got soaked in a 5 minute downpour, i would definitely go back and recomend it.

This place is brilliant - the photos tell it all, we had a delux room and I was most impressed (bath room was amazing). The bar prices in the mini bar were about the same as the local shops which is so unusual these days. The restaurant serves great breakfast till around 11 then is pretty much open all day til 23:00 - food prices were about the same as a cheap local cafe too so we actually ate here more than we would normally. Chef is great and everything is clean and looks as safe as it could be. Overall 5 star service and they behave like they only have 3, the manager came out to say good bye too which is always a good sign. highly recommended if you find yourself in thei part of town - which is very busy by the way..

“Great Hospitality and courteous Staff-- A moderate place to stay”

Stayed here with my wife for 3 nights and overall experience was good. The foremost mentionable aspect of this hotel is the courteousness and the hospitality of the staff. Guests are treated with atmost care and have a personal approach towards all the guests. Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood and due to its location the hotel is very calm and peaceful. As noted on the website, it isnt as near to the beach as stated. the main hub of calangute is 30-40 min walk and but the nearest beach is 10 min walk. Overall the hotel is not as big as it feels on the website.,also the restaurant in the hotel is very small and cannot accommodate more than 20 people at any time and the menu is very limited.Also the swimming pool is small but adequate enough to serve the needs. The room is good and is almost similar to the photos shown on the website. But there was a minor issue, water was dripping from AC unit in the room the room service was notified and never seen the water drip again. The fish pond and water fountain add to the hotels beauty and also there are few games available for children to be busy while not at the beach. The complimentary water is limited to 2 bottles only for the entire stay, which aint much.Overall the stay was peaceful, but remember they are in here for doing business and everything comes with price, except for the hospitality. The hospitality cannot be found at any other hotel but all other/better services are found at most of the hotels.

“Memorable stay in Goa at Casa Severina”

Casa Severina !!!! It is exactly the same how the pics are uploaded on net. Beautiful hotel, ever smiling staff makes u feel really special. Nice small hotel . And hence it is very peaceful at Casa severina. Nice breakfast. Housekeeping was really good. Amazingly comfortable room. We used to feel fesh as soon as we used to enter the room after full day of roaming in goa. Nice clean pool. Cheers Johnson and team.. Looking forward to meet u soon !!

“Never ever again!!!”

For the price we paid, there are several better options...!! (considering that its off season in Goa) This resort is neither heritage nor boutique...the room which was allocated to us (Standard Boutique Room) was tiny (120 Sqft)...the bathroom (20 Sqft) even tinier. Complimentary water is available only for Day 1!!! This part was neither mentioned to us while booking, nor mentioned by the hotel staff... We Strongly do not recommend this place... Cheers!
