It is a upgraded Lodge and not a hotel
Posted Jan 24, 2013
Pros: None
Cons: No cleanliness.
Location: Near Candolim beach
Hotel? - It is an upgraded lodge. We were given a room with used towels and bedsheet. The toilet was not cleaned. The side chair was torn. The hotel lobby was full of empty beer bottles. The front desk staff is not friendly. If cleanliness for you is more important than money, please go for a better lodge. I have pics of these dirty things, but I am too lazy to copy from my phone and upload :P .

Far from a "beach resort"
Posted Jan 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overcharged for a very ordinary facility far inland and not near beach or any amenities Transportation was was hijacked by local mafia and hence rates for short distance to far destinations were sky high. Booking was totally messed up with me getting and paying for a family room one month prior to the actual stay period. I happened to be alone so why would I have booked a family suite??? My check out date was wrong as well so I had to change my flight to suit this mistake and leave one day earlier. Hotels.com really messed this one up I"ll not be using them again thanks.

Goa in May is pleasant too !!
Posted Jan 9, 2012
It was a pleasant stay. The food was economical and so not something very tasty I suppose. I would suggest everyone to visit this and you can take vehicles from outside the hotel and hotel itself would manage that and so there wouldn't be fuss of documentation too.. Overall nearing to superb rating :)

Good base to explore North Goa
Posted Jan 19, 2011
Location: Panjim -interesting town Old Goa - the tourist sights, churches and cathedral, museum. Anjuna - Wednesday flea market - an experience - be prepared to say NO a lot but worth the visit.
Good value hotel near Panjim area to explore tourist sights in North Goa. Small room, clean, good service. Indian breakfast, guests were mainly Indian families and businessmen. 200m walk to main road, and further walk to beach area. Good bus and taxi service along main road. Cheap to eat out nearby. Reception staff did not expect our arrival or departure and needed cheer if to attract tourists. Good cleaning staff.
