The staff is Goan , very helpful and friendly, yet discreet. Internet by wi fi is complimentary, and people travelling without their own laptops may use the hotels computers. There are motorbikes to rent, as well as taxis, and the staff is happy to guide you around the various beach parties, happenings, markets etc. There are excursion trips for bird watching, boat trips to see dolphins, crocodiles, to the Spice Farms, historical temples, churches etc.
The restaurant serves classic dishes from various world cuisines including Goan, and there is often live, quality entertainment.The music around the restaurant and pool is always great, the vibe is warm, friendly, eclectic- and completely non pretentious. The place is also popular with people who live around, many of whom once stayed at Laguna Anjuna and chose to stay on in Anjuna.
