Pathetic Staff Pathetic Service. No communication between the Stafff, managers, management No clarity in communication to the guest. Made us wait at the reception for 30 minutes to check in The MD of the hotel tells us, that its our mistake that we decide to have dinner @ 12.20 PM in the midnite, when they are out of food and staff to cook for us.

This Hotel is very good in terms of location room comfort but the human resource is very poor, unprofessional. If it's one day stay then I will recommend it otherwise .................
