A royal treat to GOA!Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: I liked the rooms, location and courteous staff the most. Very comforting.
Cons: All is perfect!
This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. Starting from the welcome drink to departure cab, all the processes were perfectly executed. It is located on the main road which is a focal point for all the nearby places and beaches. It is just a 5 min drive to Calangute beach, 10 min to Baga and 20 min to Panjim. Staff was very courteous and food is awesome as well. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Good hotel and location, occasionally weird staffPosted Jun 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is good, the location is decent, the receptionist the first day (while checking in) was a little weird, we probably just caught him on a bad day. He tends to say 'No' to every request first and checks only if you push him. Asked for two rooms together, immediately said 'No'. Got him to check and voila - there were adjacent rooms. The boys in charge of the pool (probably just their ignorance) couldn't really explain what they meant by 'proper swimming attire). It meant anything not cotton. The ladies were cotton tees along with swimming shorts but the chlorine in the pool was so much that the dyes in the tees could mess up the water. So, if you intend to use the pool - bring proper swimwear. I understand you can buy them from the hotel too. Food was all right. Breakfast was a decent spread - mostly vegetarian except for omelettes and a chicken sausage. Room service wasn't exactly 24*7. Out-of-regular hours, we could order anything but Goan food (?) - weird considering we were in Goa. But, the food wasn't bad at all. I'd stay there again if I got a cheaper rate. I booked last minute and had to pay a decent amount. Btw, this isn't a resort, it's just a hotel.

Nice bur not excellentPosted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Room service food was great
Cons: Pool looked murky and is small sun beds uncomfortable and seemed very old The spa is a joke, treatments were amateur at best
Location: To say it is close to the beach is not true and the beach when you find it is not pretty, run down looking
Very nice place to stay but the surrounding area is one big mess, I mean the town itself When I completed the customer service card, the receptionist questioned why I hadn't given excellent which I thought was a bit cheeky.

Nice hotel close to touristic beachesPosted Mar 26, 2014
We chose this hotel as we found it quite tough to find a hotel in Goa that wasn't either really expensive/luxurious or a complete budget hotel. This was a good hotel the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. I think i expected it to be more luxurious than it actually was though. It's a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, Candolim and Baga are very close by.

AWESOME STAYPosted Mar 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stay at ocean palm was good. I was there with my husband and a three year old kid. Firstly I was satisfied with the quality of the food. Secondly we were able to hire a bike in the hotel itself . But one negative point is that the air conditioner is not up to my expectation.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel. Beds were amazing. Six feet wide and so comfy. Had a gorgeous room with double balcony. Loved it.
