“Not impressed.”

Hotel was nice, clean and well located. However, on the Expedia website it clearly stated that breakfast was included in the price, and this hotel was chosen largely due to this. However, in the morning when we asked reception about the breakfast we had paid for in advance we were told to chose off the room service menu and that his was the inclusive breakfast, After doing this we were then presented a bill for the breakfast at check out as this was no longer included, despite the booking form from Expedia clearly showing that this has been paid for. Therefore be wary of booking this hotel on this basis as they do not fulfill and provide everything that is paid for.
