Didn't expect expedia to sell this kind of a Hotel

Reached at the hotel and checked in .. It was not what it looked like in the pics at all. Then the room was not a hotel room it was a appartment which was not clean bed was hard and had a bed sheet that was not changed for probably months .. Room service was missing housekeeping never showed up .. Bathroom - dirty , shower no hot water , no toilet paper and above all broken mirror. The staff there treats you different if you look Indian .. For instance after 2 days of staying in the hotel the security guard whistles at you like you committed a crime by entering a hotel. When I walked in he was at the reception on the phone and when I reached half way he calls out from the back .. I seen no one treated so badly in the hotel like this before especially at a touristic destination. I am not a complainer but this was way out of line .. I seriously don't understand what standards does or procedures does expedia follow to list a hotel on their site .. I'm currently in Goa staying in a better hotel.. Glad I booked it for 3 days . My stay is till 3 of May. Just wanna let you know I'm am currently working for Royal Caribbean Curises. So you see I belong to the same industry of tourism and my heart breaks that I get better service when I travel overseas. I just wanted to let you know that it's the first time in my life of traveling for 7 years that I feel like I have been cheated.

Hotel is not bad, but the staff is not fulfilling their promises as promised before...(i,e on website)....

Pros: nothing
Cons: Everything has to be improved but i dont think there is a chance of improvement there..
We booked it from expedia.the room which were shown and which we got is completely different.our room does not have a TV but at the time of booking it was shown there.we took a tv on a xtra charge of RS.100 per day but they were unable to provide cable connection.there were no room service.if you require water you have to come to the reception.the staff does not have any manners or you can say they were not trained how they should behave with the guest.they does not have a list of places to visit.pathetic hotel don't stay here....

Rooms locations are not good.

Cons: locations of rooms
Location: location is far from the market
food is costly because there is no market near the hotel.
