“Nice Goa Getaway!”

It is a secure hotel in a quiet part of North Goa. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff went out of their way to please their guests.

“we had a good experience in the hotel”

the hotel was good and breakfast was excellent but having lunch and dinner in the hotel was very expensive and one more important thing is pls check out there timings tht are very oddd check in is at noon 2 o clock ...... tht really shattered me becos whoever comes to the hotel usually comes in the morning .this thing really dissapointed me so pls make sure of the timings and plan ur trip else everything was good .....

“Nice stay , little overpriced, but right on the beach”

Overall nice stay, hotel is right on the beach , not much crowed beach like other commercial beaches like calangute, baga & anguna. but hotel needs a better concierge desk to make far away beach visit much easier. Food is too expensive in hotel's restaurant , almost 3 times from other nice restaurants just 5 minutes walk outside with much better ambiance. Also, most important the toilets needs faucet pipe. This was very annoying thing in the room. Otherwise the rooms were very confortable and peaceful. Wish we the rooms had sea view as well....!!

“Terrible Experience”

We had a terrible experience. Our details were divulged to random men asking for our name and address. When the front desk informed us that they have given out our confidential information to them, we were livid and absolutely in fear of our safety. The staff wasn't even apologetic about what he had done. This was a grave situation handled so poorly by the staff. It was appalling. In the middle of the night we were receiving crank calls from those drunk men. When asked for a room change we were told all the rooms were occupied. In that case we asked for a all night security guard outside our room. They offered a guard who shall be taking 'rounds' outside our room. Obviously that was not enough for us to feel secure. So we asked to be shifted to Fort Aguada and we were ready to pay. Suddenly in 5mins a room became available and we were shifted. We were not completely secure, but atleast we knew those men didn't know our new room number. We didn't step out of the room till our check out the next day. But even after being informed of the situation, the morning staff kept asking us to vacate the room so that they could prepare for the next guests. The hotel was taking this matter so lightly it was shocking. Female travelers need to feel secure in a hotel.We were assured the next day that the person who gave out our information was fired. But the apology was not earnest enough and definitely didn't undo our horrific and sleepless night at the O hotel.
