“Excellent place to stay if you are looking for Peace or time for yorself”

Taj Village really gives you a feel of a village... slience, narrow streets, low lights on walkways.. beauitful place to spend time with your self and family ... if you are in village you do not have to go anywhere else.. you can play cricket, golf, swim, lay at "Quite zone" over viewing sea... have a private beach... and long walk with sea on one side and trees on the other... Staff are excellent and helpful....

“RELAXING HAVEN”

Just got back yesterday despite all the troubles in Mumbai. A charming hotel set in beautiful grounds; always feel like the place is empty as the rooms are so well spaced out. Total great place to chill and relax. Quiet end of town, do not hesitate to leave the hotel and walk the streets, its perfectluy safe to do so, as is the beach and the shacks that dot along the coast line. Not the best stretch of beach in Goa, but certainly a memorable place to be. Wonderful pool, great service, the staff cannot do enough for you. Buggies everywhere if you are not a keen walker - or want to take having a lazy holiday to the max. Hotel offers a FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER which was a bonus when we arrived, as this is not mentioned in the write ups. As long as they have your flight information, they will be there at the airport and -put you on a shuttle bus. Taj Aguna Fort Hotel next door has shared facilities; you take a free car to there and can use all the restaurants and facilities there. Rooms much more tranquil at the Holiday Village. If you want "not to do much" while away, this is the place to be!

The individual cottage type accomodation was really charming. The staff were so helpful. We took our three year old daughter who spent most of her time swimming in the pool or playing with other children in the hotel kids' room. The fresh fruit in the room every day was a nice touch. Overall a lovely hotel!

The Taj Holiday Village is set in lovely and well maintained grounds which are a delight. The restaurants are high quality and there is good wine and at reasonable prices, we enjoyed ourselves very much indeed

“The best of both worlds”

Stayed at the Taj Holiday Village in October 2007. Great hotel location as it is one of only two 5* hotels on the North side meaning you can get a 10 minute taxi (and very cheap - cost us 4 GBP for a cab to/ from Baga and waiting time and tip) into the livlier Baga with it's bars and restaurants and then go back to the comfort of your beautiful hotel. Also, the beach was inaccesible at this time for sunbathing as part of the coast had collapsed into the sea. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Ask for an independent cottage as these are better than the joint cottages.

“Best hotel in North Goa”

The Taj Holiday Village is an excellent resort. I loved my stay here! Rooms are lovely, large and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurants have great food. I plan to return to Goa and stay there again!

After much of the hustle and bustle of India the Taj Village Goa represented a professionally run, helpful and comfortable place to as we Aussies say " veg out."

“Great Hotel”

Very relaxing. The beach wasn't so nice but it had a great pool. There were a few reataurants to choose from at the hotel, and it was only about 20 minutes from the main retaurants and stores in the nearby towns. It was easy to arrange transportation through the hotel.
