SHORT STAYPosted Oct 24, 2013
Cons: Front desk more knowlegeable for different situations, both times a manager was not around
Room had a smell, like if the carpet needed cleaning. Paid for three but only my wife and I used it. There were some repairs on wall near sink area that were not completed. My son Dyon Allen did not make it from Hawaii and got charged as a "No Show" $35 and for the room $127 that wasn't used. We have stayed in Best Western's and we have come back.

Golf Anyone?Posted Mar 22, 2013
Typical Best Western. Great location for golf -- lots of courses in the area. Very good breakfast; especially enjoyed different selections of fresh fruit cut into serving sizes. Staff in the breakfast room was very efficient.

Nice stay in the sunPosted Mar 1, 2013
Pros: Breakfest, there was also a Pub in the same building and made it easy to consum a cold one.
Cons: Hotel is in need of carpet replacement in main walk ways. the wood decor in the second level is in need of cleaning and windows cleaned.
Location: Easy to find and nice view from the south side over looking the dessert landscape.
Was a nice hotel. Staff are slightly confused at times and they forgot to load my room key correctly and my room is all the way across the other side of the hotel. Well I put card into the reader and it won't work. Tried several times and grab my bag again and take the long walk back to the front counter. I did get sorry from the lady and off to the room again. The breakfast was real good and lots of options to choose from. Couple more choice of fruit would be nice. Other than the key issue was a plesent stay. Beds a little hard for me to sleep the way I like, but work out. I recommend ear plugs for the AC is load when it kicks on and off.

Even a swimming pool.Posted Jan 14, 2013
Nice hotel, not in the city center but great value for money. Stayed there several times and will continue doing so. Breakfast is good as well, clean and all fresh.

Good stay.Posted Nov 19, 2012
Pros: Location, comfortable, relaxing, and close to good restaurant.
Cons: Could hear the TV in the room next to us.
Location: Good with easy access to the freeway.
Our stay was certainly fine at this hotel with good service, very friendly help, a nice, small (although adequate), very clean room. The decor was great. One complaint, though, regarding internet service: I never could get wireless internet service to my iPad. The technical assistance took through two levels of experience for assistance, to no avail, and told me to wait for a call from the third level. It never came. I am unhappy about that! Because I have confidence the wireless internet problem will be corrected, I do give this hotel a good rating. Our stay was good.

Mixed feelingsPosted Apr 16, 2011
The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The location has easy access. Our stay was for a full week. The morning breakfast was ok, but was the same every morning. The maid totally missed making up our room on one occassion and missed some items on other days. It is a bit pricey for the size of the rooms, and quality of service.

Too many "Don't do this" signs.Posted Dec 30, 2009
They had signs everywhere telling us not to do stuff, including 2 on the coffee maker, frig, closet, door, and in the hallways. It felt as if they didn't really want us there because they kept telling us not to do things.

carpet problemsPosted Dec 3, 2009
The hotel was quite satisfactory except for one major problem. The first room we were assigned had a very musty odor that seemed to be from the carpet. We refused this room and were assigned a room on a different floor. It was better, but the carpet still had a musty odor. The smell definitely lessened our overall satisfaction with the hotel. It would keep us from staying there again.
