Lovely family roomPosted Oct 5, 2013
Pros: We thought the room was perfect for a family. It was spacious and clean. It was a short walk to the beach at the end of the street, and the pools and
Location: Its the Gold Coast - the beach was 2 mins walk away, there was a shopping centre 10 mins walk, and all the attractions were close using car or bus.
We took our 2 kids for a week to Surfers. The hotel was perfect for our needs - we could cook and do washing if required, and it was a 2 min walk to the beach. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean.

Great Holiday ApartmentPosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: Walking distance to Cavill Ave but away from all the noise. Indoor and outdoor pool great for any kind of weather.
Cons: Apparently we were lucky enough to get a renovated apartment, but not all apartments have been renovated.
Location: Walk to the Northcliffe Beach & Surf Life Saving Club, walk to the Main Beach at Surfer's Paradise & Cavill Ave for shopping and restaurants.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance to the Northcliffe beach and to Main Beach at Surfer's Paradise. The complex had a great outdoor pool and an indoor pool, spa and sauna! The BBQ area was also great. The apartment was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was great for a family. It had ceiling fans and an airconditioner. It also had a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants nearby and in Cavill Ave. The kids also enjoyed the Foxtel.

Looking forward to coming backPosted Jul 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place exceeded my expectations. I had an overnight flight so arrived quite early in the morning, I had emailed them before I left, expected just to drop off my bag at the front desk and walk around but they already had my room ready. As soon as I entered the room, I headed straight for the balcony and what an amazing view of the ocean. It is one block from the beach (with a lifeguarded/flagged swimming region right there), about 10 blocks from the main shopping district (surfers paradise), lady at the front desk was over the moon nice and helpful, the room had a well equipped kitchen and even washer/dryer, downstairs is a heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. There were only a few drawbacks, and for me not enough to even take off one star. You should be aware that the front desk is only open I think 9-5 weekdays and only 9-11am sat and sun, so if you are in real need of anything, not too convenient. No room service, I was there for 3 nights so not a big deal, maybe would be nice to have fresh towels but you can wash/dry yourself. Overall furniture, etc. is slightly old (except bed was real comfy), but if you really want to the high end stuff you can spend 3x as much up the road and lose the kitchen and balcony. I came for the marathon, had such a great experience I will likely be back.

Lovely people very helpful, the apartments are getting older and need upgrading. They are in a great location.
