“Lovely Hotel”

I only stayed at the hotel one night, but i found the hotel very nice. I was upgraded to a huge room for some reason and it was lovely. Sadly it was terrible weather the day that i was there and i didn't get an oportunity to use the pool, but the pool area looked really nice.

Very comfortable, very spacious, good airconditioned room, clean and nice. very close to beach, sea view and good customer service. But they charged me AUD 1 for each toll FREE call I made from the room, which is a rip off.......TOLL FREE means the call should be totally FREE, BUT other than that all good - recommend to all......

Great Hotel clean tidy extra roomy. great location close to cavil ave walking distance, parking included in room rates, Resturant great food and service Room service also available huge pool all gardens and amenities clean and well kept.

Really enjoyed our very much needed weekend break away. Room very clean & queen bed extremely comfortable. View overlooking the ocean inviting but limited due to hotel position. Spa & sauna experiences wonderfully relaxing, never woke up once which is exactly what was needed. Sunday buffet breakfast well worth it - clean restaurant, fast cleanup table service for those waiting patiently in lounge section (we had no wait but it would depend on choice of time). Delightful array of food to please any palate, complimentary newspaper as well. What better way to start the day! Overall, very pleased with this experience. and would definitely recommend. The only negative - maybe the hotel counter staff could be slightly more welcoming, something as basic as a lovely smile and warmth in the voice speaks volumes to tourists.

“You won’t be disappointed”

We stayed 3 nights and it was fantastic. Location is perfect. 10min walk to the middle of Surfaces and a 10min drive (on a bad day) to Sea World. The hotel is on the north side of town which is perfect for all the theme parks. You won’t be disappointed.

“Excellent location”

Great location and nice hotel. The staff were very pleasant. My only complaint was that there was a dripping leak from the toilet. The noise was annoying and the wet floor in the bathroom was annoying and made the tiles slippery. Also, on one occasion could not get a park in the hotel guest dedicated car park which made life difficult. Otherwise a very satisfactory experience.

“Overall was good, but ....”

I had been upgraded to a suit from a room, it may be because of the off-peak season. Generally, the staffs are friendly and nice, the hotel is clean and well maintained. However, the LCD monitor connected to he TV hub has funny and annoying noice while watching. And I am also very disappointed about the room service - I put the sign for making up the room just before 9.30AM each morning, but no one really make up the room, and the thing is running out the toilet paper and shower gel, and etc, how annoying ....

“Okay”

The hotel was clean, and everything worked, hotel staff were friendly. Hotel room was very large, but the hotel itself was very dated and old. Breakfast was full buffet with okay food. Was not the ritz, but couldnt really complain. Would go back for the price if I had to.

the rooms was spacious and well appointed. The main bed and single bed were very good. The sofa bed was average and probably medium to average in quality. good for light children. TV was ok. Kitchen was good. Air con was powerful. Lifts were fairly slow. Service was good and helpful...worth a lot.
