“clean and value for money”

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was clean and comfy and while not overly big, was adequately sized and not too cramped for two people.The apartment is in an excellent location-great for shopping and close to good restaurants and the casino.For the amount we paid it was excellent value for money. The only downside (which they inform you of on their website) is that there is no elevator , so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs.Would definitely stay there again.

“Home away from Home”

We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. It was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The appartments are not new but clean and everything in working order. There had been improvements since the last time we stayed. It was our home base while visiting family. The under cover garage is a bonus. Pacific Fair shopping centre accross the road. We would recommend it to our friends.

“Eminently Suitable”

Tidy little apartments, well kept and friendly staff. Bed comfortable and the shower with good pressure. I would have personally like to have sheer curtains as well as blockout curtains as I was on the ground floor, but only minor issue. Great location for getting to & from.

“Stay Away”

Probably the worst 'serviced apartment' that I have stayed at. The bed was not comfortable at all - it was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The traffic from the highway woke me up every-so-often during the night and worst of all, the apartment was not clean! There were roaches, and the place was not serviced during my stay.
