“Great hotel, can't wait to go back!”

The room we stayed in was a King room with Spa and a sunroom and kitched. It was very spacious with a great ocean view! We were on level 20 and the elevators were very quick. We hung around the fantastic pool a lot of the time and the beach is only a short walk 2 blocks from the hotel so we did spend some time at the beach as well. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and another just block behind the hotel which made it very convenient for public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Why leave the room?”

We found our whole experience first class. When it rained the entire first day we were there, we didn't go out - just relaxed in comfort and ordered room service, which was delicious. The staff were lovely and standards at the hotel are obviously very high. Would go back again in a heartbeat!

Unbelievable view 3 blocks from the ocean so there was even an ocean view. Elegant decor. Spa tub and glass shower. Bath robes and beach/pool towels in room. Great variety in the stocked mini-bar and frig. Revolving restaurant was a bit pricey for Sunday breakfast buffet but the views were worth it. GREAT room value compared to other cities.

Great hotel located near broad beach. Walking distance to the beach and conveniently located. Clean and rooms are large with a nice view. Pool is ok since there are not enough loungers but the breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of tasty options.

Hotel was very clean and spacious and staff helpfull, and in a great spot close to everything. Overall very happy to stay and would stay again.

“Fix the fold out beds.”

My stay was very pleasant. The only thing I would complain about is the fold out mattress's were extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise everything met expectation.

“Nice Hotel but a little too far from Sulfers Paradsie”

What is good: Hotel and Staff The room is in very good condition, and staffs are really helpful and polite. The swimming pool is pretty big and suitable for kids. What is not so good: Location There is no shopping area around the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Sulfers Paradise by a taxi. There is a bus to Sulfers Paradise but it takes about 20 minutes. If you have a kid with you, I don't recommend you taking a bus. Parking around Sulfers Paradise is aweful. Other remark: Revolving restaurant at the top floor - Food is not good considering the cost you pay.

“Great and friendly hotel”

Would recommend the hotel. Staff, food and amenities excellent. Was surprised not to receive slippers or bathrobes considering it was 5-star.

“Pretty far from surfers”

Nice hotel but a long walk from anything. Gold tower is also a bit of an inconvenience to get to and park in compared to the main building
