It's ok

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: Close to beach
Cons: Full upgrade of bathroom, and new flooring
Location: Only went to the beach across the road
I expected better, in serious need of an upgrade, bathroom had rusty surround and dirty fittings,

Great place

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: How close in walking distance it was to everything and so many places to visit.
Cons: I would have liked a view, this was our second stay and we had view last time and I bragged to my family and they came too but we both were on ground.
Location: Swimming, eating, site seeing, fishing.
It was a great stay , we went with family and grandchildren and they all enjoyed the experience.

A good stay on a budget.

Pros: Close to the beach and living room was pleasingly tidy and up to date.
Cons: The showers in the bathroom could do with an update but in all they were clean and tidy.
Location: Surf Beaches are a 2min walk across the road, shopping and restaurants close by 5min walking distance.
A good stay on a budget. Had a bit of noise throughout the night people coming and going but the walls are thin so noise is normal for the age of the Hotel which didn't bother us too much.

Great location

Posted Apr 26, 2015
This resort is located 100 metres from Coolangatta Beach and Rainbow Bay beach, 250 metres to shops and Twin Towns club.we stayed in a Deluxe Courtyard room which had A queen and Two singles. These rooms would be ideal for group bookings for social clubs.the courtyard furniture could do with an update. The swimming pool was too cold for our liking so we went to the beach. The buffet breakfast was good and if you can get these rooms for $55 pp, it is a very good place to stay.

Well positioned, close to beach, river and shops.

The stay was good. Only negative is the parking, it was difficult to get a vacant spot in the enclosed parking area. Street parking is not convenient.

Tired

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Overall revamp
For a superior room we expected an iron, ironing board and hair dryer which were not provided. The bed was hard. Room was clean but overall very tired.

Room Comfort

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: The staff are very good and helpful
Cons: Maybe the things i pointed out above would be a good starting point.A very good
Location: A very good location handy to everything .Maybe one one thing to improve is the driveway entrance it needs an overhead sign to make it more visable .
The room was very hot and muggy because the aircondtioner could not be turned up . And this made it near impossible to sleep . The water pressure needs to be looked at in the bathroom {very poor pressure}. The dining area could do with a few signs to indicate where things are and what the food was .I spent a lot of time looking for knifes & forks different size plates and milk a few signs would make it a lot easier.
