“A+++ wonderful service and place.”

My husband and I spent 8 nights here for our anniversary. It was nice and quiet (obviously during schoolies that changes) The staff was excelent! best service I've ever recieved at a hotel/resort before.The appartment was exactly as we expected from the pictures and nice and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone asking about a good place to stay in Surfers!!!

“Extremely Impressed”

Our stay was fantastic. We had a very nice room and we loved it all. The ladies at reception were very helpful and helpful. The room was clean and with decent views. Unfortunately not on the beach but the view was still very nice - good enough to have breakfast on the balcony and watch a bit of the world go by. Pretty well located and an all round nice stay.

“I had to take out my own ubbish”

This is not a serviced apartment. Towels and sheets don't get washed, room doesn't get tidied, they don't give you facecloths, you don't really get enough dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and tea bags etc. We had to take out our own rubbish! All of this may have been ok if it had been clearly communicated to us, ideally in written form in our room. The reception closes at about 4pm which means it is hard to know what phone number to phone for a taxi etc after hours. 1 lady on reception was friendly, the other was a bit rude. Most of the tv channels didn't work. Otherwise, location was quite good, about 5 blocks from Cavill Ave, not too far to walk to beach.

“good value for the money”

good value for the money, hotel is showing its age a bit, housekeeping staff need to do a more thorough check of how the previous guests cleaned the room, we had to rewash all the dishes etc. and mop the kitchen and bathroom flooors as they were sticky, the mop also smelt pretty bad. these are only minor issues so overall an enjoyable stay for the money.

“IT WAS TERRIBLE”

Finally got there,the rooms were dirty with toilets and shower dirty so couldnt have a shower after a long flight they had to come up and clean it in the morning the two older women at the front were rude about it.As soon as we were there it was a bad experience and stay,with all of that they were constant work was going on so it was so noisy. I would NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO AS WELL JUST RUDE AND WANTED TO GO AS I GOT THERE.
