Very helpful reception.Everything you need in the apartment.Comfy bed Close to supermarket,tram,Lots of dining options.So easy to get around the Gold Coast even to Brisbane if you want.Would book again 🌺

The property was clean and convenient. It was a little tired in terms of its condition. The carpet had a few dirty patches and the walks needed a bit of fresh paint. However, that sort of maintenance is unlikely to happen because the whole building has been sold.

We were pleasantly surprised, the property was very, very good. Our difficulties arose from parking to organise late access, our car was in the way. Finding the entrance to the building once we had parked as the lift needs better marking. We never moved the car until we left and we never discovered how to open the garage, one of us went back through the building and used the fob on the outside. Minor issues but not good when you are tired. The apartment was so good wre may go again next year but for 8 days rather than 3.

Terrific location. Nicely appointed apartment. Great beach view. Comfy bed. Parking for one car. A few cleanliness issues but they were oversights. Would hesitate to stay there again.

Hi DavidAn email was sent to you a month before your arrival informing you that we would be undertaking upgrades and there would be some noise associated with this, and giving you the option to cancel for free.The tradesmen know what they are doing, you checked your car for damage and there was none. When it came time that they would need to work closer to your car we called and asked you to move to a different car park just to be safe.

Excellent value for money
Although this is an older apartment building, it is very well kept, with new lifts etc. It is right across the road from the surf and very close to the swimming flags. It’s also very close to shopping and restaurants. So it is in an excellent position and a great place to stay.

Place was more than adequate for a weekend away. Walking distance to the shops restaurants and bars and the beach was across the road Decor was a little dated and the place could do with a coat of paint and some modern decor Washing machine and kitchen in the room Was on the 5 th floor overlooking the pool and beach Would recommend

Nice place to have a break. Place was very clean and perfect location to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants near by. Compared to the price I had never find like this before. It is not just a room but the whole apartment for yourself hard to find like this place like this. I will definitely come back there in future.
