“A lovely place”

for us the place was in a nice quite suburb, out of the hussle and bussle and only a 10 minute drive to surfers.there is a bus stop in front of the place, a lovely Indian restarant across the road, the supermarket was a short walk, the only thing that you cant do in your room is cook toast as it sets off the fire alarms but they have 2 bbq for all to use, we would stay there again

“Well priced and clean”

A good place to stay for a night if you are just after a clean, basic place to lay your head and have your own shower and toilet. Walking distance to North Burleigh Surf Club where we attended a function. Clean and good value.

This motel is ok if you are looking for somewhere for a night or two to avoid the issues with the three night minimum that a lot of Burleigh Hotels appear to require when booking online The motel needs some renovating. The room we stayed in had a TV that didn't work, the hair dryer blew out more smoke than air, you couldn't close the bathroom door, and the towel rail fell off the wall!

“Basic motel - not a resort!”

The hotel is called a "resort" but I'm not sure what facilities qualify it as a resort. There is a pool and a bbq but the laundry facilites are only available from 9am to 5pm - which is useless for business travellers, - it is on the busy and noisy highway on the wrong side for the beach. I booked 6 rooms and in 3 of the rooms the televisions did not work. Two of the rooms were not very clean and in my room there was no soap - not even a single small bar. The staff were friendly and welcoming and I see they are trying to upgrade their facilites with computers. But it is simply a very basic motel - not a resort.
