Our office is open normal to business hours mon - sat 9am to 5pm and sunday we are open 9am to 2pm. However we do have an after hours service to assist guests to check in.

We are very sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your stay with us. Some guests expectations can be higher than the property is capable. We do our best to ensure clean wtih the basic comforts for a stay but we cannot unfortunately please everyone.
